1. General Conditions

These Terms of Service govern your use of usproductshub.com and any purchase you make from US Products Hub ("we," "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information when you order.

3. Products and medical disclaimer

We try to show our products, colors, and specifications accurately. Small differences in color or packaging can happen because of screen settings or manufacturer updates.

The Smart Scalp Massager is a personal relaxation device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including hair loss. Talk to a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have concerns before use.

4. Prices and errors

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you receive an order confirmation.

5. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order, and will refund any payment, if:

• The product is out of stock
• Billing or shipping information is incorrect or incomplete
• Payment cannot be verified or is declined
• We suspect fraud or unauthorized activity

6. Shipping

• Processing time: We process orders within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 3-5 days after processing. You receive a tracking link by email.
• Delays: If we can’t ship within the time stated, we will email you with a new estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund.
• Shipping cost: Free on orders over $120. Otherwise $6.95, shown at checkout.
• Customs and duties: For US orders, all import duties and fees are included in the price, so you pay nothing extra on delivery. For orders outside the US, any import duties or taxes are paid by the customer.
• Lost or stolen packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or a package marked delivered can’t be found, contact us within 14 days and we will help resolve it.
• Wrong address: Please check your address before ordering. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.

7. Returns and refunds

• Return window: You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Return the product clean, with all parts and accessories. Original packaging is preferred but not required.
• How to return: Email hello@usproductshub.com with your order number. We will send return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Damaged, defective, or wrong items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

8. Product use and safety

Read the user manual before first use. Do not use the device:

• On broken, irritated, or infected skin
• If the device or charger appears damaged
• While it is charging, or with the charging base wet
• In ways the user manual does not recommend

Stop using it immediately if you feel pain or discomfort. Keep it away from children.

9. Warranty

The product is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear. Except for this warranty and any rights you have under law, products are sold "as is."

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Indemnification

You agree to cover any claims, losses, or costs against us that result from your misuse of our products or your breach of these terms.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, belongs to US Products Hub or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Any claim that isn’t resolved will be handled in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, unless your local law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Changes do not apply to orders placed before the update.
